These terms apply when you use Morning Hive, operated by KIOT Communications LLP.

Using the app

Morning Hive is for employees of companies that have set up an account with us. You sign in with the details your employer gave you. Keep them private and use the app only for your own work. Do not share your account, fake a punch or location, or try to get into other people's data.

Your employer

Your employer controls your account, decides what is tracked, and owns the HR records. How they use your data is between you and them; our privacy policy explains what we collect.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted or error-free. Pay and attendance results depend on the data your employer and you enter.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, KIOT Communications LLP is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using the service. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Ending use

Your employer can close your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can ask for your data to be deleted as described in the privacy policy.
